Kaha Lani
Kaha Lani is centrally located on the east side of Kauai. It is surrounded by county land and a golf course which gives it a very private feeling. Kaha Lani is located 15 minutes north of the airport and two miles south of Coconut Palms shopping center with it’s shops, restaurants, and movie theater. The condo complex has the ambience of Polynesian rooflines with lovely tropical gardens to stroll through and a tennis court. There is also a heated swimming pool with a BBQ area and gas lit Tiki torches.
We do represent one, two, and three bedroom condos at Kaha Lani. However, our favorite condo is a two-bedroom, #124:
Kaha Lani #124 was completely renovated in early 2008. It offers two bedrooms and two baths and features marble floors throughout. Each bedroom has a King size “heavenly bed” with high thread count linens and abundant luxurious thick bath towels. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
Kaha Lani #124 is an ocean front condo on the ground floor. Lydgate beach is only a few steps away. Lydgate offers both free swimming and also has man made lave reefs for protected swimming for adults and children. A paved walkway runs along the ocean but if your prefer a walk in the side at low tide, Lydgate offers almost three miles of white sand beach.
