WAILUA BAY RENTAL RATES FOR 2007/2008
Oceanfront Superior: $140/night plus tax, Monthly rates available.
Oceanfront Premium: $155/night plus tax, Monthly rates available.

For arrivals between 12/17 and 12/31
Superior Oceanfront $150/night, plus tax
Premium Oceanfront $165/night, plus tax

Cleaning fee: $95
Tax is charged at 11.42%

PAYMENTS
We accept Visa or MasterCard. Check may be used 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposits: $350. Deposit due at the time of booking.
4 Night Minimum Reservation required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
$50 cancel fee from time money on account until 31 days prior to arrival;
30-8 days prior forfeit deposit; 7 days prior to arrival except December 15 - January 6 (when there is a 45-day cancel policy) forfeit full payment.
No refunds for no show or early check out.
