Wailua Bay View is a 3 story building, however, without elevators. Every unit on each floor has an ocean view. The complex is located on a knoll 15 foot above sea level and provides a wonderful ocean view from any unit.
Unit 105 is one of the more beautifully furnished units and is located on the ground floor. No need to carry luggage and yourself up and down stairwells. Our Oceanside lanai has patio furniture, high chairs with a counter for drinking or eating, while watching the waves breaking off shore. Our unit is centrally located to the BBQ area and swimming pool.
Unit owner is Kauai born and a long time owner who has kept his unit upgraded over the years. He wants his guests' to appreciate the islands and is in a better position to offer the best rates at Wailua Bay View.
