The New Owner did a complete remodel of unit # 203 in Nov. 2005 with lots of Travertine Tile in the Kitchen and Bathroom, some new appliances,lots of additional bedding. Live Palms,lots of beach goodies and updated the unit to provide free DSL/wireless services and free long distance and free use of a bolted down security safe too. He has shown lots of pride and his goal was to provide a pleasant stay in his Condo, which he has accomplished.
