The new owner did a complete remodel of unit # 205 during
the week of April 7th 2006 with lots of travertine tile
in the Kitchen, bathroom and entry. Some new appliances, lots of additional
bedding and linens. Lots of new furniture and complete with new
fresh soft tan paint on the walls.
He went through the entire condo from new clips on the screens,
new hardware, extra strong hangers and many other small details too,
that makes your stay that much more pleasant.
There are live palms and orchids, lots of beach goodies and updated
the unit to provide free use of DSL/wireless services and free
long distance and also free use of a bolted down security safe
too. He has shown lots of pride and his goal was to provide
a pleasant stay in his condo,and to make it feel luxurious, which
he has accomplished.
